A coordinated pathway for girls
Challenge: education barriers, information gaps and difficulty reaching services can overlap. Proposal: combine learning materials, mentoring, life skills, age-appropriate information and referral to qualified providers.
Pilot: consult girls and families, agree participation criteria with local partners and test a limited pathway. Proposed measures include attendance, continued participation, learning and referral quality. Results will be reported only after evaluation.
Accessible digital learning
Challenge: limited equipment and difficult content can restrict learning. Proposal: supported workshops, simple multilingual materials, low-connectivity resources and supervised equipment lending where feasible.
A pilot would assess accessibility, understanding, online safety and support needs. Measures would include attendance, demonstrated skills and actual resource use. We seek schools, associations, trainers and businesses offering relevant expertise or suitable equipment.
Youth inclusion in Norway
Challenge: some young people face barriers to activities, networks and information. Proposal: combine mentoring, practical workshops, group activities and referral to existing services, with young people shaping the approach.
An initial cycle in Oslo would test timing, venues and content. Measures would cover sustained participation, skills, belonging and anonymised feedback. Activities involving minors require supervision, appropriate consent and safeguarding.
Local solidarity and useful in-kind donations
Challenge: donated goods may not match needs or transport and storage capacity. Proposal: identify aggregated needs, agree suitable goods with businesses and document collection and distribution.
Test a limited operation: verify needs, quantities, quality, timing and logistics before promising distribution. Measures include suitability, documented deliveries, costs and participant feedback. No identifiable register of families will be published.
Our method: listen, test, evaluate, adapt
1. Listen to communities and verify needs. 2. Agree a simple solution, responsibilities, safeguards and pilot budget. 3. Test on a small scale with suitable partners. 4. Measure outcomes and difficulties. 5. Improve and expand only when evidence and resources support it.
Funding may support design, useful equipment, training, coordination and evaluation through an agreed detailed budget. Expansion depends on evidence, local capacity and funding.
Safeguarding, data and accountability
Participation must be voluntary, age-appropriate and accessible. Each activity requires suitable permissions and expertise. Information collection will be limited to project needs and protected.
Reports will prioritise aggregated data. Identifiable survivor stories and sensitive participant information will not be published. Clinical care and legal support belong to qualified professionals.
